You’ll get the best online rate for any Toga Hotel guest room or apartment on www.togahotels.com.au Guaranteed.*  After you have purchased the lowest available rate via any of Toga Hospitality’s websites including www.togahotels.com.au; www.medina.com.au; www.vibehotels.com.au or www.travelodge.com.au and find a rate for the same room type and same number of guests available on another website at the same time and it is lower than the rate you have just purchased, we will match that rate.

How the Offer Works

• Decide on your preferred room type (including check in and check out dates) and purchase the best available rate online at www.togahotels.com.au (or any of Toga’s branded websites)
• At the same time as your purchase, if you find another website that has a retail rate available for the same room type, date and number of guests which is lower than your purchase price call 13 TOGA (13 8642) to register your claim.
• Once we have verified the availability of the Lower Online Rate (defined below), we’ll offer you that rate for your booking.
• Not only will you get the best rates by booking at www.togahotels.com.au, you won’t pay booking or service fees.
  

* Terms & Conditions

1. The guarantee applies only to rates for Toga Hotels purchased online at www.togahotels.com.au (or any of Toga’s branded websites).
2. Claims under this guarantee must be made at the same time as the accommodation is purchased. Claims must be made by calling 13 TOGA (13 8642). Claims may not be made through any other Toga Hotels phone number.
3. The accommodation purchased must be the lowest available rate for your chosen hotel and room type; if there is a lower rate available for the same hotel on www.togahotels.com.au and you do not purchase it then you do not qualify for the guarantee.
4. “Lower Online Rate” is defined as being a published retail rate available via a website operated by another Toga Hotels online retailer for the exact same hotel, room type and number of guests that is cheaper than the published retail rate purchased on www.togahotels.com.au. Corporate, package promotion, wholesaler, group travel, government and other discount rates are not eligible.
5. Toga Hotels must be able to verify the availability for purchase of the Lower Online Rate online at the time of claim. Other methods of verification (e.g. fax, email) are not acceptable. If Toga Hotels cannot reasonably verify (in its sole discretion) the availability of the Lower Online Rate at the time the claim is made by phone then it may decline the claim.
6. Once a genuine rate difference has been established we will modify the room rate you are to be charged.
7. The refund is the sole and exclusive benefit that will be provided under this promotion.
8. Toga Hotels reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time without notice.
9. Not valid with any other offers, promotions or discounts.
